Jedi Knights: Jedi Academy RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hey, I have had trouble since I changed my Vista to Windows 7 with downloading and playing games on it.

I'm not even trying to use modern games (which might explain it) but rather Jedi Knights: Jedi Academy.

I downloaded the game, everything went smoothly, then when it comes to playing it I get the following message:

Firstly, I have no idea what a OpenGL Subsystem is, and even if I did I have no idea what the problem is!

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated!

  • OpenGL is a 3D graphics standard. It looks like the game is having trouble with your graphics drivers.

I see that the latest patch for the game dates from 2003. However, a little Googling suggests that people have managed to get the game working under Windows 7, even the X64 version. Here's one link:

    Good luck.
