Outlook 2013


  • After a few days ALL the emails in my inbox that I have read and were just holding there in the inbox disappear!  Where do they go?  How can I stop them from disappearing?

    Which account type are you using? IMAP? POP3 or Exchange?

    Have you check this in web mail? Can you find the missing messages there? If it’s OK in web mail, assuming you are using IMAP account, you can try the following steps to check the result:

    • Logon your email account through Web-based Access.
    • Create a new subfolder under inbox and move all of messages in inbox to the new one. (Perform the same steps if you have other folder)
    • Move the messages back to the original Inbox folder.
    • On the client site, please create a new Outlook profile and setup your mail account again:


    • Sync your account again to check if the issue still persists.
