    1. Can we sign-in with username@domain.com instead of username@talnantname.onmicrosoft.com?  

    2. Can this sign-in support MFA user? 

    3. Csuseradministrator can't management Skype Online user, it can search on-prem user only.

    Hi,

    If you have one user which is enable for administration it is possible. But at the moment you should no use MFA for this administration user. It will not work.
