Skype for Business 2016 not syncing with Outlook exchange calendar in Windows 10 RRS feed

    My Skype for Business for Office 365 MSO(16.0.11929.20836)32-bit is not syncing with my exchange calendar in Windows 10.

    When I am in a meeting scheduled in exchange/outlook, no matter Skype,Teams,Zoom or appointment, the presence of Skype won't change automatically based on the calendar,I am always disturbed while I am in the meeting, the presence always show" Available". My colleagues are not facing this issue. 

    I had already checked the Skype settings -->  Personal --> Update my presence based on my calendar information. This option is checked.

    And I follow up the step below, the issue still exists.

    1. Clear Skype for Business cache

    Go to Computer to find the folder: C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Lync and delete your sip profiled folder (your sign in address) and delete the all files under the Tracing folder.=>Yes,but "OCAddin"under Tracing folder can't be deleted.
    2.Open CMD and enter: ipconfig /flushdns=>Done
    3.Re-open Skype for Business=> issue not fixed
    But issue still persists.  Kindly advise.

    Does this issue reproduce by other users on another device?

    Can you schedule the meeting in outlook and invite Skype for Business user to join in the meeting?

    Please check the SIP address are added in your email address. You can go Exchange Admin Center -> recipients, double click the mailbox -> email address and check if the SIP address there. If not, please add the SIP address to integrate Skype for Business with Exchange.

    Also please make sure the latest update installed in your Skype for Business. For more details, you can refer to:

    Thanks for your time and quick response.

    Currently I can observe the issue in my PC,most of my colleagues don't meet the issue.

    Our IT will timely inform us to update the app installed in my PC, so I believe my MS app is the latest one.

    Sorry, I don't know how to go Exchange Admin Center and the following steps, could you explain more?

    Some of my colleagues meet the same issue as well.I can schedule a meeting in outlook and join in sky meeting.

    I think I am not the administrator so I cannot access Exchange Admin Center to do setting.

    Yes, you should be the admin in Exchange Admin Center. Click this link to login in Exchange Admin Center(               https://outlook.office365.com/ecp/) and then follow the pictures as below:


    Besides, have you tried to change another Skype for Business client version? Considering this issue is only happened on yourself, you can try to follow it to see if can be fixed.

    It seems that the presence for SFB can be syncing up with outlook if I accept the meeting invitation.

    But the issue exists if I do nothing to the meeting, can I advise if it is normal behavior for SFB.

    In this case, it won't be an issue.Thanks very much.

    If you end the meeting, the presence is still cannot be sync, only when you and other participant join the meeting, the presence will become "In the meeting", right?

    And what is the meaning of "display"?

    If I accept the meeting invitation from others, the presence will be changing to " in a meeting" or "in a Zoom meeting" when I joined in the meeting with Zoom APP, no matter I drop out or drop in the call.

    But if I don't accept or declined, the presence won't be changing in the meeting time.

    I think it should be not an issue if it is normal behavior that only you accept the invitation, the presence can be sync up with outlook.

    I mean this following picture shown, I cannot access below.
