  Sir I am all ready try to install .net framework 4.6.1 but I have facing same problem.

  I suggest you look at the result of an internet search for .net framework 4 has not been installed because: the specified service does not exist as an installed service.

  The first link, https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_vista-update/net-framework-not-installing-the-specified-service/88db5dce-c532-4188-b4ac-86d15d90ae65?auth=1 is probably a good place to start.
