Settings on phone?

  • Hi,

    When I am trying to log into ADAMS with a code from the Microsoft Authenticator App, I am getting the error message: Invalid code. Please try again.

    The thing is that it works perfectly fine when add the account to other phones, such as different IPhones. But with this Samsung mobile i keep getting the error message.

    I do the exact same procedure:

    Scan the QR-code. Adding personal password. And adding the code generated by the app. But with this phone (Samsung) I get the error message.

    How can I solve this? Are there some settings that needs to be adjusted?

    Off course I have tried to re-add the account several times, and I have deleted and re-installed the app several times.
