    Hello Guys

    I was installed SCSM 2012 R2 and need publish a template of Incident with HW. When I publish the incident, appears also the default template called Generic Incident Request.

    I search information and the following link indicated the procedure, but I running the procedure but persist the publishing the Generic Incident Request.

    Is possible remove the Incident Generic.

    the method you link will create new permissions that allow users to access offerings listed in the group, however, it will not remove any existing permissions, such as the generic end user role, which has unscoped access.

    Verify your test user does not exist in the default end user role, or any other unscoped roles.
