I am looking for the option in OWA to "Send From" while sending an email.

  • I have been given permission to send from a different email account pertaining to the mailbox I work on which works really well in Outlook 2007. However, I have been unable to locate "Send From" option to put in a different email address while sending email in OWA. Do I need some kind of special permission or that is not possible in OWA at all. Any kind of assistance would be great.

For OWA related issue, please manually start the service and then test the issue.

    1.    please try to check if you have correct configured for Exchange Server and IP address.

    2.    Please check the hosts file, if there’s any trash record in the hosts file.

    3.    Please Check the default permissions on the root of the C: drive

    4.    Please verify that the Hub server time is in synch with the DC.

    5.    Please check for Manage auditing and security logs on the Default Domain Controllers
Policy to see if the "Exchange Servers" group is present there

    6.    Please check on the Exchange server object for the “Constrained Delegation" rights and see if the "Exchange servers" group has Allow for the Following rights , Security Tab , Advanced Settings

    a) Store Constrained Delegation
    b) Store Read and Write Access
    c) Store Read only Access
    d) Store Transport Access
