Failed to sign package; error was: 2147943568 -Trying to deploy office 2010 using SCE 2010

I am trying to create a software package of office 2010 to deploy using sce 2010.

OS was server 2003 and was upgraded previously to server 2008 R2. I have seen some other posts and tried to import the WSUS certificate and it did not work. If that is the solution I am not doing correct or it doesnt work. Please advise.
