Hi Praveen,
What’s the format of the email? HTML?
According to my research, it may be related with Outlook HTML rendering issue. In Outlook 2007 and later version, Outlook uses Word to render HTML emails instead of using Internet Explorer. However, Outlook for Windows has very limited CSS support compared
to Internet Explorer, as a result, it could cause some rendering issues.
Microsoft dropped IE as the rendering engine for security reasons. In this way, we have better control over the active content the rendering engine can display, while if using Internet Explorer to render HTML, it would display everything and could run virus
infected email automatically.
Although this issue cannot be fixed immediately, I'm sure our product teams are working on it. Sorry to bring to this inconvenience to you.
As a workaround, we can view those messages via Browser. To do this, open the message and go to Message tab > Actions > View in Browser.
Hope this is helpful to you.
Regards,
Perry
