Guys,
I have couple of Internet sites which were developed in SharePoint 2007, as publishing sites.
Now, I want to track events like
- pdf downloads
- video views
- flash
- outbound links ... etc.,
I read in different forums that I need to add javascript code.
My websites contains diffrent webparts. So, do I need to add javascript into all webparts? or, CQWP for required pages, or, master pages of required sites.
My issue is, I no need to track all events for all pages.
I hvae to track for specific webparts, which resides on couple of webpages.
How can I achive it?
Is there any way/mechanism to track , without embedding javascript code?
Are there any 3rd party tools to achive?
