Incoming Email Processing for Incidents interval? RRS feed

  • At what interval does the Incoming Email Processing work?  I have a standard SMTP drop folder setup.  It is getting filled with emails but SCSM does not seem to be keeping up with creating the Incidents from the emails and so a Backlog has been occurring.

    Under Incident settings you can try to change "maximum numbers of e-mail message to be process at time". Default value is 0.
