Polycom CX100 CX700 calls gets a very loud acoustic burst of white noise RRS feed

  • We have OCS-R2 installed, using Polycom CX100, CX700,s and Polycom headsets, randomly during calls, UC to UC or confrence UC to multiparty UC's, one of the callers gets a very loud acoustic burst of white noise. the RTP stream is not disconnected but the user with the  acoustic burst can not hear anyting but the white noise, although the other parties on the call can hear the UC with the white noise.. the white noise is only on one side of the call. all other parties can't hear the white noise. the only fix we can find is to hang up the call and rebuild the call.. this is all in-LAN calling no PSTN gateway calling.. the issue has not happened via the PSTN gateway only UC to UC in-LAN.
    The call logs all show the call control and rtp stream built and working great with no indication of any issues.. has anyone had this issue before and if so could they please help a NEW OCS support tech out..tks
