  • can we do the gust virtual machines fail over clustering in SCVMM?

    Not sure I understand but if you are asking if you can cluster applications such as SQL as virtual machines guests then yes - no problem. You'll probably want to make sure that the guests that are part of the cluster are running on different nodes of a HyperV cluster. But you can manage all of this from VMM.

  • You can setup a guest cluster as you would do With normal Windows servers. The only difference is that they are Virtual, and that you must use iSCSI for this in the current Version. in Windows Server 2012, you'll be able to guest clustering by using fibre channel.
