    Hello,

    I have few queries related to O365 SFB online.

    What would happened  If my PSTN license expires what happens to my telephone numbers that i have purchase from Microsoft?.

    Unassigned number in my tenent, how long will they stay in my tenant, How long will numbers remain in my tenant that I have reserved but have not assigned to users?

    Hi avinashudawant,

    Based on my understanding, if your PSTN license is expired, the user couldn’t use the PSTN service any more.

    For the telephone number, normally, it will be retained for 30 days after the license expired, if you don’t purchase the license for PSTN service after 30 days, the telephone number will be removed after next 7 days.

    Unassigned number of your tenant, it will be expired after validity although you don’t assign it.
