Already restarted exchange transport service and they are still there. Even tried with SUSPEND and RESUME and they aren't goin anywhere.

  • Hi,

It seems that you have performance issues. Increasing the disk I/O, memory and CPU resources has been reported to be the best solution for this particular issue in the research I have done. The configuration settings provided by sartaychik may also be helpful.

Is your Exchange infrastructure sized correctly? You can find more information here: http://blogs.technet.com/b/exchange/archive/2013/05/06/ask-the-perf-guy-sizing-exchange-2013-deployments.aspx.

If this issue is related to a journal mailbox then consider having a dedicated mailbox server to host these journal mailboxes.

    Thanks.
