Disable password store for outlook 2016 in credential manager RRS feed

    Hello Team,

    I would like outlook 2016 should prompt enter the user name password every token refresh expire. In my case outlook does not prompt me to enter password it ask directly 2FA can I know how to make outlook to prompt password everytime ?

    Do you use an Exchange account?

    Based on my test, ADAL related password seems to be always saved in Credential Manager. I've researched a lot and currently haven't found any official articles to turn off this feature.

    Besides, as you already have 2FA enabled, it is much more secure for your account. You can directly use 2FA verification to log into your account.
