CAC query

Question
-
hi all,
i have to enable CAC in Lync , basically we have 3 sites who will use lync , now the bandwidth is limited with remote site to central site(where lync fe deploy) , and bandwidth is limited in between sites
as i understand from the technical article that we can restrict the bandwidth between the sites to central site and between the sites
my query is that if we enable CAC for /25 subnet the whole ip subnet are covered under this, but our some of key bosses are also covered under this, we have to exclude it , can i do this to create another site and subnet with ipaddress /32 and and implement the good bandwidth for them
can we do this ,please suggest
regards
jeevan

so what you are thinking of is create a new branch site with a subnet /32 and assign different CAC policy to it ?
I don't think this will work practically unless the key persons in subject are always located in this subnet.

Hi Jeevan,
As technical library mentioned, a bandwidth policy is used to define bandwidth limitations for certain modalities. You can set overall bandwidth limitations and session limitations. Each bandwidth policy profile can be associated with one or more network sites.
You can try to create a new bandwidth policy profile and associate the policy profile with a site.
In addition, please refer to this article, hope helps.
