Templates issue unable to save the changes whena ever a new user log in RRS feed

    There’s multiple systems on the network that are not making the Normal.dotm file when a new user logs into the computer and runs Word.  The systems that have an existing Normal.dotm file can’t save any changes to it, so everyone is stuck with their current Word settings as they get lost whenever they close out of Word.

    Hi Jack,

    It seems your system are sharing one single normal.dotm?

    If so, I'd suggest we don't do it.

    See You cannot share the Normal.dot file among multiple users in Word

    Instead, we can share the normal.dotm file in separated folders for each user.
