    Can anyone help.

    I'm running Vista Home Premium and currently get a Base Score of 4.2. This is determined as follows:-

    Processor = 4.8

    Memory (RAM) = 4.2

    Graphics = 4.5

    Gaming Graphics = 5.2

    Primary Hard Disk = 5.6

    As you can see, the memory lets me down.

    My PC specs are as follows:-

    Intel Core 2duo 6300 @ 1.86Ghz

    RAM 2 x ELIXIR 1024MB DDR2 667 PC5300 Memory M2Y1G64TU8HA2B-3C  (2046MB Total)

    Graphics Card GeForce 8500GT 512MB

    Cuba (MSI MS-7301) Motherboard

    My question is why am I getting such a low subscore for RAM when I have 2046MB?

  • It's not really to do with how much RAM you have, it's how fast it is..

    try getting 800 RAM instead, plus does your motherboard support dual-channel?
