In this situation, please try exiting Outlook desktop client and see if the issue can be reproduced on the web mail. Is this a problem that has only recently occurred? If so, what specific operations did you do before this problem occurred?
It seems that your data file may be corrupted, so
if you are using a PST file, try repairing the data file; And if you are using an .OST file as your default data file, try recreating the .OST file.
If the issue continues, please try creating and using a new Outlook profile via Control Panel > Mail > Show profile
and see if there is any difference.
