    Hi there - we are interfacing our SC Service Manager with a third party survey system (CSI). They are asking for an email to be sent from SCSM to their system upon closure. The email needs to be in XML format. Is it possible to have a notification email in SCSM formatted in XML?

    The notification engine (with token replacement) can only spit out plain text or HTML.

    However, it is possible to send a notification via code without token replacement. Therefore, it is very possible to construct a custom workflow assembly that builds the XML for you and sends it using emg.Notifications.Send() where emg is an EnterpriseManagementGroup object.
