  • After installing explorer 10, Outlook does not load my inbox emails. In fact it does not respond at all. It says "Loading" and nothing else happens.

  • Use F12/ Browser mode click on ie10 or ie9.

    Base on my knowledge, Internet Explorer should not related to Outlook client program. I would like to verify whether you are using OWA?

    If so, please check whether the version is compatible with Internet Explorer 10. If not, try the compatibility mode like IE9 or IE8 to test the issue.

  • I uninstalled IE10, used IE9 and Outlook worked normal as before.
