Can't install Powershell 3.0 on Windows Server 2008 R2

Question
-
Hey Guys
I'm trying to install Powershell 3.0 on my Windows Server 2008 R2 Server. Unfortunately, it' always says that Powershell 3.0 is "not applicable for my computer".
- .Net Framework 4.5 and 3.5 is already installed
- BITS 4.0 Server is installed
- WinRM 2.0 is installed
- Powershell IIS extensions are installed
But it's still not possible to install it. What can I do to resolve this issue?
Thanks for your help.

Please do not install 3.0 - you need to install WMF 5.1.
Do not install PowerShell 6 unless you are an advanced user as it wil not behave well on WS2008r2 as it is open source version.

Be sure to choose the file that is explicitly for W2K8R2 and read the prerequisites first.
