    I am configuring my web access proxy.

    I have two of this error, 

    1.An error occurred when attempting to save the proxy configuration

    2.An error occurred when attempting to established a trust relationship

    I am following this guide

    What i am confused about is, what should i type for my federation service name? Is there a way for me to check?

    And if my federation service name is correct, what is causing the error as below

    1.An error occurred when attempting to save the proxy configuration

    2.An error occurred when attempting to established a trust relationship

    The FQDN of your ADFS farm. If you are using load balancers, It should resolve to the VIP of the load balancer of your ADFS server farm. If the WAP servers are using public DNS, you can create a host file to make sure they will always resolve the FQDN of the farm into an internal IP address.
