Calendar showing Non Working Day but Exceptions are not listed RRS feed

    One of my Project Managers raised a request to me that he is trying to assign a resource 'XYZ' on a task starting 21 Jan 2020, but as soon as it is assigned, the task start date changes to 21 Feb 2020.

    Upon investigation, I got a weird situation, where when checked XYZ's calendar, I can see the days from Mid Dec 2019 to Mid Feb 2020 as showing non-working days, but there are no exceptions listed below.

    I am trying to make these non-working days to working days by selecting these days and from Details Tab, defining the work hours. And also by selecting these days and in Exceptions Tab, defining the exception working hours. But its non working days simply do not get affected!!!

    How should I help the Project Manager?
