Vista constantly prompts to format any CD/DVD's RRS feed

    Vista constantly prompts to format any CD/DVD's. Even with media in the discs it continues to prompt with the same error.The same disc would work on other OS but not on Vista SP1.

     

    We also could not burn DVD's sometimes

    Have you tried different brands of DVDs?  What DVD burning software are you using?  What format are the DVDs? (ex DVD-R etc)
