  It will probably be possible but not supported if you are not in the TAP.

  And the RC is still a beta and not supported to run in production so its not really recommended.

  In-place upgrades to the RTM release will not be supported.  Microsoft has stated that the RC release should not be deployed in production environments and should only be used for testing.
