Enable rich text editor on a wiki site RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi all,

I am working on a wiki site that is created for my team. While  trying to edit the wiki pages,  all I am able to view is a html editor. How do i enable the rich text editor so that all the members of my team could easily edit the pages without having to know or learn html.

  • Make sure you are not using 64 bit IE. Only 32 bit IE supports rich text editor.

  • Thanks..I opened my site using 32bit IE and I was able to view the text editor... However, I was a little disappointed viewing the 'Insert Image' icon. Thought it would browse my computer just like the MS word..instead I had to provide a web link!

  • I don't see ANY of the editing options. I'm using 32-bit IE9.

    What's up with that???

  • Answered my own question - turn on RAD editor in settings first.
