I purchased MS Office 2010 for home use in June of 2010 and have it installed on my laptop. I've purchased a new laptop and am moving my data and programs over to it. Alas, I cannot locate my original Office media DVD. I haven't uninstalled
my current copy on the old laptop until I get the new up and running.
On the Home Use purchase screen, I can't purchase another copy since I've already bought, but I can get a backup DVD. Would that work in this instance?
yes you can do that, or, download a trial of the exact edition/version, and then install your product key and activate it.
HUP is usually Office2010ProPlus (in my experience).
