I received an "Invalid platform" error when trying to push an OS update. I have reason to belief it was due to Cisco Anyconnect causing the error. After removing the software I could not get the "Invalid platform" error removed no matter
what action in configuration manager I initiated.
I then removed the entry from SCCM. Removed the device from the domain, readded it, and made sure that the Client Activity is reading as active. However, now that it all looks good the device wont get added as a collection member (i have made sure that other
devices can be).
Is the old entry still causing issues?
