Hi all,
new exchange server with 20 users, working as Virtual machine
somehow, Store.exe and EdgeTransport.exe takes a lot of memory usage
how can i fix it?

Possibly you want to get yourself on SP3 roll up 7.

It's always best to schedule restarts off hrs with change control even if you think it's just a simple restart of the service.

Store.exe: Store.exe will consume approximately all RAM avaliable minus 2GB. What the process exactly does is monitor the system and gives back the memory when it's required dynamically. Thus even if the process consumes high memory, it will automatically adjust by giving back the enough memory to system.
EdgeTransport.exe : This seems like an issue. Re-start the service and check the result. Also see some events related to this high utilization

It’s normal that store.exe takes high memory usage.<//span>
There is the similar thread related to edgetransport taking high memory usage, you can refer to it.
If these suggestion can’t work in the thread, please check if there is any error in application log.
