Windows Phone Microsoft account login

    Question

  • My windows phone keeps saying: "Can't connect We're having a problem signing in. Make sure you have good reception. If you do, the problem may be on the other end. Wait a little while and try again." Whenever we try to login to our windows account. We've had this problem for a long time and can't get around this problem no matter what we try. Please Help! thanks...

  • Hello ezzondo.

    I suggest you to ask this question in the Microsoft Community for Mobile Devices, which is more appropriate for this kind of topics.
    Anyway, if the problem still persists (either if you use your mobile operator network connection or a Wi-Fi network) you have to check if you're able to access your Windows account-related stuff (e.g.: email, OneDrive) using the mobile browser or any other device: if you're able to sign in, I suggest you to perform a hard reset and set up your Windows account again.
