SCSM Emails going to junk folder RRS feed

  • Hi,

    We are using SCSM 2012 R2 for Change Management and CMDB. We have some notifications set for Change Requests that goes to the users. It had been working perfectly fine lately. But since the last few weeks users are complaining of emails going to Junk folder rather than the inbox.

    Has anyone heard of any such issue? Any help will be appreciated.
