ADFS 3.0 error MSIS7612 when trying to add relying party trust RRS feed

    I am trying to configure Dynamics CRM 2016. Configuring ADFS, I run across this error.

    I have tried the URL and get no certificate errors, and it show the xml file. So far I am unable to add this.

    Any help would be appreciated. If you need any more info, please ask.

    Found the solution. ADFS had to be moved to port 440. It was running in a loop and not getting to the correct site to get configs.
