    how i can enable the shutdown button in the start menu through the policies.

  • Open GPMC \ User Configuration \ Policies \ Administrative Templates \ Start Menu and Taskbar \ and disable the "Remove and prevent access to the Shut Down, Restart, Sleep, and Hibernate commands".  This will effectively display the Shutdown button in the Start Menu via policy.  Then ensure that the policy is linked to an OU in which your target users reside.
