Not able to "Save as" Excel 2010 report in SharePoint 2013 Library RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi All,

I have one excel report file in one of my SharePoint 2013 library.I would like to do save the file as duplicate file after making changes.

I have tried opening the file to excel 2010 and clicked "save as" option where I am getting alert to give User ID and password.

After giving the UID and PWD I am not able to see the location of the SP library for saving the file.

Kindly suggest me any solution if any.

    3. Switch to other browsers to check if it can work.

    4. Create a new library and upload the report file to the new library to check if the same issue will occur.
