IE10 in 32 bit again RRS feed

  • Question

  • IE10 in 32 bit again (moved from another forum)

About 9 months ago I had the "couldn't display pdf files problem" and someone put me onto the change ProcTabGrowth from 0 to 1 in the registry to allow 32 bit add ins.  Worked great, and MS came out with kb2716529  including an auto fix. Two days ago it stopped working and I found the setting back to 0.  When I changed it to 1, IE10 would no longer run.  Anyone know what has changed? I did upgrade to Office 365 recently and am using Skydrive extensively.  Any possibilities my sync is screwing it up?

  • Hi,

If you are using windows 7, you can uninstall IE 10 and reinstall it to check if you can repair this issue.

Or you can turn off it in windows feature and then turn on it to see what the result is.

Repair or reinstall Internet Explorer in Windows
