clear dns servers and reenable dhcp with runas command

I'm creating a java program that is using command line to do the bulk of the work. I need a runas command however to be able to clear my dns, but when i try and run (runas /user:administrator " "netsh interface ipv4 set address name="Local Area Connection" source=dhcp) it just tells me the runas command list and says its wrong. Does anyone have any idea how i can execute all of this code in one command?

However set to Win 7 the links are cleared,not to say they wont work,but the display was/is/use-to be for
