Thanks so it is not possible to install SCCM reporting service role on another machine? apart from SQL server?
You have to install the reporting services point role on the server that has SQL Server Reporting Services installed and configured. Did you install and configure SSRS?
next report service account should have sql sysadmin rights or permission?
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg712698.aspx#BKMK_InstallReportingServicesPoint
Reporting Services Point Account:
...
Configuration Manager automatically grants the specified user access to the site database.
...
The account that runs Reporting Services must belong to the domain local security group Windows Authorization Access Group, and have the Read tokenGroupsGlobalAndUniversal permission set to Allow.
The specified Windows user account and password are encrypted and stored in the Reporting Services database. Reporting Services retrieves the data for reports from the site database by using this account and password.
Security Note
The account that you specify must have Log on Locally permissions on the computer hosting the Reporting Services database.

Ghost, this is a SQL problem not a CM12 problem. Until you fix the SQL problem don't even look at CM12.Garth Jones

If you query a search engine for
"reporting services server instance" blank
There are a lot of results on TechNet and various blogs. Here's an example:
https://sccmentor.com/2014/02/06/reporting-services-point-server-instance-blank/
What all have you tried so far? Anything?

You can have the reporting point on a remote server. You need to allow access via port 1433 on the SQL box

ports are open but still reporting services server instance" blank " if tips?Saturday, May 7, 2016 11:07 PM

SSRS has to be on the server that you want to use for the reporting services point role. It's really no more complicated than that.

So have you installed SQL Server Reporting Services and created the SQL Server Reporting Services server DB using the report services configuration manager?
Once that is done you should have no issue seeing the instance in that wizard.
