Resource Capacity job ran successfully, but Capacity is not available in Resource Availability View/RDB RRS feed

    Hi,

    in our Project Server 2010 installation we found out that the resource capacity for all resources is 0 in all views as well as in the reporting database. We've checked the Advanced Server Settings:

    Active capacity view:
    Months behind: 2
    Months ahead: 10

    Calculate resource full-time equivalent from:
    resource base calendars

    Also in the Central Administration/Monitoring the job 'Project Server Service Application:PWA' Resource Capacity job was logged as successfully executed.

    What can I do to find the cause?

    Do you have the Team Assignment Pool check box checked for some / all of the resources?

    Do you have the Max. Units value set to 0% for every resource in your Enterprise Resource Pool, by chance?  Let us know and we will try to help.

    no, resources are not a team assignment pool nor the capacity is set to 0%. Any thought how to figure out what internally is done and how to analyze this?
