  • Lately I've been getting BSODs when shutting down. The computer runs normally once it's on, and I've had no issues or anything while playing games or using the computer. The BSODs are only occuring once I hit the Shut Down button. The issue started about 3 days ago.  I am attempting to paste the details next.

    any help would be so appreciated. i have never seen this before and have no idea what to do. I have just installed a new gigabyte motherboard. model: z68x-ud3h-b3 f3.
    also a brand new out of the box Intel i5 2500. i am running window 7 ultimate 64 bit. thank you in advance.

    From the dump files, I notice the BSOD was caused by AppleCharger.sys. From my research, it is related to your new gigabyte motherboard.


    I suggest uninstalling on/off Charge Utility to check the result.
