  • I HAVE FOR YEARS USED A FONT CALLED MONOTYPE SORTS TO GENERATE CERTAIN SYMBOLS ESPECIALLY A TICK BUT IT DOES NOT APPEAR IN WINDOWS 10.

    IS IT POSSIBLE TO OBTAIN IT FROM ANYWHERE PLEASE

  • Hi JOHN,

    I quite understand your issue. Windows 10 do not have this font by default. However, you could add it manually.

    1. Start Windows 7 system, then go to "Control Panel" > "Fonts". Then drag the fonts "MonoType" to desktop, and it will generate a ".ttf" file in the desktop.

    2. Copy this “.ttf” file to the desktop Windows 10. Then in Windows 10, open "Control Panel" > "Fonts". After that, drag the ".ttf" file to the Fonts window.

    Please Note: Do not use "Copy" and "Paste" because the option is grey in Fonts windows, just use drag.
