Incident creation error in IE RRS feed

    I have a unique issue for users while raising incidents through Self Service Portal.

    Certain users are getting an error in Internet Explorer after clicking the submit button like

    "The user Domain\username does not have sufficient permission to perform the operation"

    Please find enclosed the full error information of screenshot.

    If we raise the incident through firefox / chrome, we are able to raise it in the same machine.

    Only through Internet Explorer is causing the issue.

    Any clues please.
