Send To -> Mail recipent : how to change default message

  Hi all,

  We have the following necessity:

  In Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2010 when we use the Send To -> Mail recipent the message below is placed in the email boby. We want to change this message with a our personal message.  How do we do this?

   " Your message is ready to be sent with the following file or link attachments:

  Note: To protect against computer viruses, e-mail programs may prevent sending or receiving certain types of file attachments. Check your e-mail security settings to determine how attachments are handled"

  We tried to add the reg key showed in the KB 327010 but as we see from the picture above the word "test" is too close to the name of the attach and the phrase "Your message is ready to be sent with the following file or link attachments:" is again present.

  In the key reg we able only to insert 1 line of text but is not adequate to the our goal.

  We would like to have the email ready with the our Signature.
