APPCRASH with VBE7 OFFICE WORD RRS feed

  • hi, 

    i have this problem when i istall MathType 6.7a

    anyone could explain the problem to me?

    it will come out evertime when i close the word.

    i have 2 laptop one will have no problem with MathType 6.7a

    the one with no problem is Window 7 Ultimate 64 bit and microsoft office 2010 32bit 

    hope to get this stuff done soon....

    Thank you for using Microsoft Office for IT Professionals Forums.

     

    From your description, please try the following steps:

     

    1.Close all Office program.

    2.Locate to the folder:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\microsoft shared\VBA

    3.Rename the folder VBA7 as VBA7.old

    4.Start Word, it will prompt to install Visual Basic for Applications.

    5.After installation need a reboot.

    6.Try to install the MathType 6.7a again.

     

     

    If it doesn’t work, please try to repair the Office program refers to:

     

    1.Click Start, then click Control Panel.

    2.Click Programs and Features.

    3.Click the Office 2010 program that you want to repair, then click Change.

    4.Click Repair, then click Continue. You might need to restart your computer after the repair is complete.

     

    Please take your time to try the suggestions and let me know the results at your earliest convenience. If anything is unclear or if there is anything I can do for you, please feel free to let me know.
