How to update preview build of server window

as PC Settings are not opening after installing desktop experience Feature

as PC Settings always Minimized after opening

Elton didn't appear to have read your question correctly, the reply he gave you is incorrect.

At the moment it appears that (for everybody on this forum anyway) PC Settings are broken, just as you stated. This seems to be the only way to get updates on the build. Because this is broken, you can't get updates.

I've read that there aren't any public updates for server anyway (just updates for Windows 10 TP) so at the moment it doesn't matter.
