Setting up OWA redirect in UAG RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello.  I'm hoping I'm posting this question in the correct forum topic. We currently have our webmail.company.com/owa published through UAG 2010. Unfortunately, when the employees forget to add the /owa they get redirected to the UAG authentication page.  When they authenticate, they get the main UAG portal landing page then have to click on the OWA icon to get in. I'm not sure how I would configure UAG (or would it be IIS on the UAG system) to redirect folks from webmail.company.com. Thanks for everyone's help!

  • Hi Amigo. How is your OWA publishing setup? Do you have a dedicated trunk for OWA? Is OWA just another application in a trunk? Is the public name of OWA the same than the portal?

  • You can try to put OWA as the initial application instead of the portal
