Allow users to self-update Gloabl Address List

We have Exchange 2010 and a mix of Outlook 2003, 2007, and 2010 users (though we are now consolodating on Outlook 2010). I would like users to be able to find their name in the Global Address List, and then update properties such as Title or Department (we have a lot of movement). Any ideas on how to do this natively without 3rd party tools?

OWA provides most of this functionality through Options. However the two fields you have asked for are not included.

It looks like either a custom interface or third party tool. Microsoft used to have a tool called GALMOD which allows the users to update a lot of things, but I don't think it works with the later versions of Outlook.
