Question

I have added outlook 2003 adm but I got only 1 option "trigger to apply junk email list" not the all list as per the article.
I have tried with outlook 2007 but result is same.

Can you confirm that the registry keys are correct in the following location on a client system:

Please post the value of the keys in the path above.

Hi,
Were there any errors when you added the ADM? Have you tried downloading a new copy of the ADM? Are you checking the right section - these settings are under User Configuration not Computer Configuration.
Thanks,
Guy

I got proper adm and now showing every options but after running gpresult showing filtered out for that GPO.
Please suggest what I have to check. That GPO is not applied on that OU.

Hi,
Did you configure the settings on a GPO? Is the GPO linked to an OU? are there users in the OU? did you change the security delegation of the GPO?
Also, can you post the output of gpresult on the client and the name of the GPO.
Thanks,
Guy

Hi,
Looks like you've set it up correctly. Are the registry keys in the folder for the correct version of office: 11.0 would be Office 2003, 12.0 would be 2007 and 14.0 would be 2010?
If they are then I would suggest posting in the Office forum as well because at that point GPOs have done their job, they've configured the registry keys and it is up to the application to use those correctly. The Office forums can be found here: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-us/category/officeitpro,visio2010,grooveserveritpro.

Guy
